Whizzoo. What a fast-paced, frenetic and fash-tastic week MSFW was. I’ve still got a couple of wonderful blogs to share with you, covering the last of the glamorous Designer Runways at Melbourne Town Hall. Designer Runway 3 was very feminine, a selection of floaty gowns that ranged from showstoppers for formals throught to coquettish numbers for racing. Big love to Marianne from Esme and the Laneway (you should read her coverage of MSFW here) for this lovely portrait she took of me while we enjoyed apres-runway chai at cosy Journal Cafe.
Arthur Galan AG monochromes
Neon cowgirls from Alexi Freeman
A bit Robert Palmer with pink and black from Yeojin Bae
Formal wear from Yeojin Bae with distinctive triangle peekaboos
My favorite of the evening – Russian dolls in Nevenka. So ethereal, feminine and summery.
A bit nippy, but a showstopper in cream lace
Thurley returns to form with punchy orange lace
Fantasy from Christine channeling My Fair Lady
A beautiful lace bunny if I do say so myself.. I think I might even try to DIY this for Spring Racing!
