In late October, artist Madhu Malhotra displayed her latest collection of work under her nom de plum, Madjuri Art. Called ‘The Black Hole Collection’, the large-scale works draw on influences including tattoo art, tribal art, indian art and celtic art. Finely wrought, the line drawings are created by hand, and ‘The Black Hole Collection’ explores the boundaries between love and hate, life and death, revenge and clemency. Today’s Ruby Assembly blog features highlights of the event, held at sumptuous FOG bar in Prahran.
