This is the last blog for 2011 from the desk of Ruby Assembly Consultants. I can’t believe it’s been more than two years that Ruby Assembly have been crankin’ out the content kowabunga and social media magic for brands around Australia. It’s been an amazing experience so far, and in 2011 I’ve met some new people who have enriched my life  profoundly – both professionally and personally. You know who you are!!!!

I’d like to express my gratitude to my clients who come from a wide variety of industries. It’s been a pleasure learning about the ins-n-outs of your businesses and marketplaces – I’m proud to be a part of your extended company families! Thankyou for trusting me with your identities and knowledge. We look forward to making MORE magic with you in 2012! I also want to send some BIG LOVE to all those who have enjoyed reading the Ruby Assembly blog this year. I hope you’ve discovered some amazing new things, and been inspired a little to get creative off your own bat too.

Christmas is a special time for me, with lots of decorating, gift-making and sending and oogling over recipes for the big day itself. I feel confident that 2012 will be a good year, and I wish you and your families nothing but health, joy and prosperity.

Thankyou for your support, enthusiasm for Ruby Assembly and for myself. Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah and look forward to a cracking 2012!

xx Iolanthe – This Christmas I’m going for an Erte kind of look.

ps. Enjoy this clip of Planxty (an Irish folk institution I’ve listened to since I was a little girl) banging out ‘Jolly Beggar Man’, which (although it is about a marauding King dressed as a beggar who goes around de-flowering virginal countryside types) always gets me in the Christmas mood.
