Nothing says thankyou like an unbelieveable ugly little dog in a flower.
So with this in mind I say a very big thankyou to Barry Feldman and his team at Stockdale & Leggo in Elsternwick, Rosario Pugliese and Anil Kapoor. I have spent a month working intensively training his team, refining and making his database super-effective, as well as creating and managing his social media suite.
In my time creating Stockies Elternwick Blog, Twitter and Facebook, I have learned so much about the areas and diverse communities that Barry and his team service in terms of sales and property management.
Among other things, this little Ruby Assembly from the Northside – previously strictly addicted to Brunetti and its Lygon Street denizens – has now become a massive fan of kosher old skool New York Deli Daneli’s in Carlisle Street. Another Reuben Deli Sandwich anyone? L’chaim!
I am also mightily impressed by how active the local community in the Glen Eira City Council are, and was delighted (but also saddened) to hear of local elderly mega-blogger Mary Walsh’s passing.
I have also enjoyed finding out about the architecture and history of areas such as Elwood, and informing the readers of Stockies Elsternwick blog a little more about the stories behind their grand houses – did you know that the owner of Rotherfield Mr Symes had his grand manion built by the architects who did the Block Arcade? I didn’t!
I look forward to providing ongoing research and interesting information to the readers of Stockies Elsternwick – who are now the only Elsternwick agent interacting with their community in this unique and meaningful fashion. Congratulations Stockies and Barry!
