Ruby Slipper @ Jacki Anderson Launch

A few weeks ago Ruby Slipper were kindly invited to attend the launch of luxe accessory label Jacki Anderson – which should be on your local watchlist for beautiful bags. Held at popular Hobba Coffee + Kitchen in Prahran, the night was an intimate affair well-soused with delicious cocktails and juicy mini-burgers (take that, lipgloss!).

The Hobba space was re-imagined into a ‘hanging showroom’ of sorts, with Jacki’s richly finished bags suspended from the ceiling on Hermes-orange rope – in line with the bright signature interior of all Jacki Anderson (picture right) bags. The bags themselves range from girly-night-out crossbody slings to larger everyday bags, each finished lusciously with Edenborough Evans botanical style hardware. The bags are made with longevity (and thus sustainability) in mind, featuring amazing top-tier zips and buttery soft treated leathers.
