Who doesn’t love a birthday? From a young age, parties of all kinds have appealed to me. Birthday parties, farewell parties, political parties. I love ‘em all. I particularly enjoyed the recent celebrations for Miss Fox (Melbourne’s uber-luxe salon in the heart of Little Collins Street) which has just clocked over 1 year in operation. Calloo callay! Melbourne’s bloggers and beauty fiends were honored to attend the select celebration, lucky to be refreshed with delicious baked goods, cheeky drinks from Madame Brussels and filling gourmet hot dogs. There’s nothing better than seeing an array of perfectly preened fashion writers getting their choppers around juicy hot dogs, lip-gloss be damned!

An array of mini-treatments were available throughout the night including makeovers, Minx nail wraps, eyebrow threading and hair styling.
